Maksym Krippa expands his portfolio: co-ownership in DIM as the next step in development

Maksym Krippa, a well-known Ukrainian investor, has taken another step towards strengthening his position in real estate – this time through a partnership with the development company DIM. His business activities cover a wide range of industries: from IT and esports to hospitality and commercial real estate, and now to residential construction.

The new project with DIM does not look like a spontaneous decision. It is a logical continuation of a consistent investment strategy that already includes iconic properties in the capital, such as the BC Parus and the Ukraine Hotel. The deal not only expands the geography of Krippa’s assets, but also emphasizes its interest in the systematic development of Ukrainian infrastructure.

Details of this cooperation, as well as the investor’s vision of the future, can be found in the Forbes article.

The main goal of the new agreement is to attract investments that will ensure the completion of existing projects and the launch of new construction initiatives. According to DIM co-founder Oleksandr Nasikovsky, Maksym Krippa’s participation will not only stabilize the company’s development but also allow it to respond quickly to the challenges posed by the modern market.

The first concrete step in this partnership will be the completion of The One residential complex, located in close proximity to the BC Parus. The combination of residential and commercial infrastructure will create a space that will be convenient for both residents and businesses.

Company development amid changes in the real estate industry

Attracting an investor opens up new opportunities for DIM to implement modern technologies and sustainable solutions. The priority is the active use of energy-efficient materials and the development of intelligent housing management systems that will provide comfort, reduce maintenance costs and improve the overall quality of construction.

The company also focuses on compliance with international environmental standards. This approach will not only create a safe environment for future residents, but also set a new standard for housing infrastructure in the Ukrainian market. The introduction of environmental and technological innovations will be an important step towards strengthening DIM’s position and improving the quality of the urban environment in general.

“My investment in DIM is not just about profit. We are united by a common vision: they boldly take on ambitious projects, and I do not hesitate to support them financially,” says Maksym Krippa.

The businessman emphasizes that he sees great prospects in the Ukrainian market and plans to further expand his investment portfolio within the country. Businessman Maksym Krippa has experience in this segment and understands how to effectively manage properties with high investment potential.
