Entrepreneurial activity in Dubai
Since 2016, Maksym Krippa has been actively developing business in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on one of the region’s most dynamic markets—real estate. Having moved to Dubai, he took advantage of the market conditions when prices were at their lowest level. His entry into the sector proved to be strategically successful: within a few years, the value of individual properties increased 5-7 times.
Today, the entrepreneur’s investment portfolio in the UAE covers more than 100,000 square meters of residential, office, and commercial real estate. A significant part of the assets is land plots near Dubai Mall, where he is preparing to launch his development projects to construct villas and townhouses.
The primary source of income is the purchase, sale, lease, and management of property. At the same time, Krippa’s investment model involves raising funds for projects at the off-plan stage, which allows it to enter with minimal startup costs and generate profits even before the project is completed.
Maksym Krippa’s primary source of income is real estate transactions—buying, selling, renting, and managing properties. At the same time, if we assess the structure of assets in terms of capitalization, the first positions are occupied by investments in esports, game and software development, and IT startups. These areas demonstrate the highest value growth dynamics and the potential for global scaling.
