Major General Ahmad Saif bin Zaytoon Al-Mahiri, the Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, recognized the winners of the “Chief of Police Excellence Award – Seventh Edition” in the presence of Major General Mohammed bin Thani Al-Nahyan, the Director General of Abu Dhabi Police, along with the heads of various police sectors.
This award aims to enhance the strategic priorities and goals of the police force by improving performance and the quality of services on both individual and collective levels. The ultimate goal is to provide advanced services that meet the needs of stakeholders and to nurture a culture of excellence and institutional leadership within the Abu Dhabi Police.
The initiative reflects the directives of the wise leadership, which launched an internal excellence awards program for all entities under the Abu Dhabi Government as part of the Abu Dhabi Government Performance Award. This program aligns with the vision and objectives of the Executive Council of the Emirate.
Major General Ahmad Saif bin Zaytoon Al-Mahiri stated, “On this special day, we celebrate the seventh edition of the Chief of Police Excellence Award, which has become a symbol of leadership and innovation. It serves as a platform to encourage creativity and reinforce a culture of excellence within our distinguished institution.”
In his speech during the ceremony, he added, “The Abu Dhabi Police leadership, guided by our wise leadership, is committed to supporting the path of excellence as a steadfast approach and a sustainable mode of operation. Through excellence, we have achieved a prominent status both locally and globally due to your competencies, efforts, and sincere determination.”
He noted that the excellence being celebrated today is not a coincidence but rather the result of diligent work and dedication to duty, alongside an unwavering commitment to quality and continuous development. “You are all the creators of these remarkable achievements that we proudly showcase to the world,” he emphasized.
He congratulated all winners and honorees from this edition and urged all members of the organization to continue raising their ambitions and exerting more effort and dedication, ensuring that the name of the Abu Dhabi Police remains synonymous with excellence and innovation.
