By achieving the rank of Brigadier, Samira Abdullah Al Ali has become the first woman in the history of Dubai Police to reach this position since the establishment of the force in 1956. She has been part of Dubai Police for 31 years and boasts a remarkable record of achievements.

Brigadier Samira Al Ali stated, “This promotion is a source of pride for every woman serving in Dubai Police, which is committed to providing women the opportunity to occupy senior positions and contribute to the nation’s service. Beginning of the Journey

Brigadier Al Ali joined Dubai Police in October 1994 after enrolling in a training program through the Dubai Police Academy. She graduated from the University of the Emirates in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in insurance.
