Arthur D. Little (ADL) has welcomed Dr. Goetz Kuras as a partner in its Financial Services (FS) division. Stationed in Riyadh, Dr. Kuras will concentrate on sectors including insurance, pensions, and social security, assisting clients in the Middle East and internationally. He arrives with over 20 years of diverse experience in executive roles, regulatory duties, and consulting projects.
Previously, Dr. Kuras acted as a senior advisor to the Governor of the General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) in Saudi Arabia, where he facilitated the strategic and operational overhaul of GOSI and collaborated with the board and CEO of the newly established Insurance Authority to develop the National Insurance Strategy.
His extensive leadership experience includes positions such as CEO of Medgulf, and he has been a board director in an InsurTech company. On the consulting front, he worked at McKinsey and subsequently at Oliver Wyman, where he spearheaded the Insurance practice in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and later in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). His primary expertise encompasses transformation, strategy, and innovation within the insurance, pensions, and social security landscape.

Dr. Kuras earned his PhD in theoretical physics from the University of Cambridge (UK), in addition to holding Master’s degrees from Florida State University (US) and the University of Graz (Austria).
