PRYPCO Mortgage Enables Significant Retail Mortgage Transaction Worth Dhs94.5m, Among the Largest in the Region

PRYPCO Mortgage has successfully completed one of the largest single retail mortgages in the Middle East, valued at Dhs94.5 million. This transaction ranks as one of the top three mortgage agreements in Dubai’s real estate sector over the past five years, as stated by the company.

Since its establishment, PRYPCO Mortgage has facilitated mortgage transactions totaling Dhs 9.67 billion up to June, earning a reputation as one of the fastest-growing mortgage platforms in the region.

“This deal showcases the confidence that investors have in our abilities and highlights the strength and resilience of the UAE’s real estate market,” commented Amira Sajwani, founder and CEO of PRYPCO. “As the landscape of property financing evolves, we are focused on providing innovative, accessible, and seamless mortgage solutions for everyone.”

The UAE has positioned itself as a key player in real estate financing, bolstered by a progressive regulatory framework, strong demand from investors, and a developing property market.

There is an increasing demand for mortgages from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals seeking flexible financing options.

Collaboration with Major Banking Partners

PRYPCO Mortgage collaborates with all significant banks in the UAE, blending technology-driven services with personalized advisory support. They provide complimentary consultations, expedited pre-approvals, and customized refinancing solutions.

This substantial Dhs94.5 million deal underscores the firm’s ability to manage complex, high-value transactions while preserving efficiency and client trust.

The mortgage division at PRYPCO is continually expanding its offerings, aligning with its mission to democratize access to real estate and promote “real estate freedom for all.”
