Q Mobility, a division of the Abu Dhabi-based ADQ holding company, has entered into a partnership with Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD Group) to establish and manage parking facilities within KEZAD Mussafah. This includes a dedicated truck-parking area spanning 84,000 square meters.
As part of this collaboration, Q Mobility will oversee the truck-parking facility located in ICAD I – KEZAD Mussafah, which aims to alleviate traffic congestion and enhance vehicle movement in one of the UAE’s most active industrial zones.
The company will also manage on-street parking across ICAD I, II, III, and Rahayel Automotive City.
Objective: Seamless integration of KEZAD’s parking systems
This initiative aims to weave KEZAD’s parking solutions into the larger urban framework of Abu Dhabi, facilitating superior services for substantial fleet operators and boosting overall mobility in the economic area.
“As KEZAD continues to attract exceptional local and international enterprises to its ecosystem, the need to optimize parking facilities becomes crucial,” stated Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities & Free Zones at AD Ports Group. “Collaborating with Q Mobility ensures we can pursue the development of effective, integrated, and sustainable solutions.”
Q Mobility plans to implement smart parking technologies and additional services focused on enhancing the user experience within KEZAD’s industrial and commercial sectors.
“This agreement represents a significant step in our ongoing mission to improve and unify parking services across Abu Dhabi,” remarked Mohamed Hussein Karmastaji, CEO of Q Mobility. “It underscores our dedication to providing intelligent and sustainable mobility options.”
This project is a part of a broader initiative to enhance the traffic and logistics infrastructure in Abu Dhabi, aligning with the emirate’s aspirations for sustainable urban growth and operational efficiency.
