Barco Developers, a newly formed real estate firm based in the UAE and established by seasoned professionals with over 25 years of experience across various sectors including real estate, finance, consulting, food and beverage, and manufacturing, has officially entered the UAE property sector. The company intends to develop over 2 million square feet of low- to mid-rise residential neighborhoods throughout Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Having successfully executed real estate and investment initiatives in Europe and North America, Barco Developers is now introducing its extensive knowledge to the UAE market. Their mission is to establish value-driven communities that blend comfort with advanced technology, specifically catering to the needs of the underserved end-user demographic.

The company’s inaugural projects will commence in Dubai South, kicking off with a carefully designed residential development set to be unveiled shortly. In addition, there are plans for future developments in Arjan, Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC), and Jebel Ali Hills, with a focus on burgeoning neighborhoods that promise sustainability and growth opportunities.

There is a notable opportunity to cater to a growing demographic of professionals and families who desire more than just shelter; our aim is to provide a connected and modern lifestyle at accessible prices,” stated Safdar Badami, the director of Barco Developers.

The initial emphasis on Dubai South showcases the region’s rapid development into a vital business and residential center, bolstered by its closeness to Al Maktoum International Airport and the infrastructural advancements resulting from Expo 2020.

“At Barco, we are redefining residential living in the UAE with high-quality smart home communities aimed at emerging markets. Our development approach is disciplined and data-informed, focusing on long-term value rather than short-term profits,” said Saadaat Bajwa, director at Barco Developers. “Every project we undertake is supported by in-depth market analysis, effective design strategies, and a commitment to sustainable building practices.”

Barco Developers is focused on delivering residences that offer functional designs and modern technological amenities, specifically tailored for end users rather than temporary investors. By concentrating on middle-income buyers in key growth areas, the company strives to address a significant market need while fostering lasting value for both residents and partners.
