The International Forum for Government Communication, organized by the Media Office of the Sharjah Government under the theme “Communication for Quality of Life,” is set to launch a communication program specifically designed for media and communication students.
This initiative is part of the preparatory events for the 14th edition of the forum, offering four interactive and practical workshops at Al Majaz Theatre in the emirate from September 1st to 4th.
The communication program stands out as a key pre-event activity for the International Forum for Government Communication, scheduled for September 10th and 11th. It aims to create a comprehensive interactive educational environment that equips participants with vital skills in digital content creation, professional media coverage of events, and performance analysis across digital platforms.
Additionally, the program emphasizes the use of artificial intelligence tools for storytelling in government communications, preparing students to enter the job market with enhanced competencies. It targets students and graduates from media and communication faculties, in collaboration with several universities across the United Arab Emirates.
The curriculum employs a holistic approach, merging academic insights from members of the academic committee of the Media Office, who also serve as university professors. Furthermore, professional trainers from the Media Office of the Sharjah Government will deliver practical sessions, drawing from their rich professional experiences.
