The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has allocated over Dhs1.725 billion in housing assistance to 3,027 recipients in the first half of 2025. This initiative highlights the organization’s dedication to promoting family stability and improving the living conditions of Emirati citizens.
The assistance packages included 1,390 housing programs valued at Dhs1.184 billion aimed at helping citizens with home construction, maintenance, and purchase. Furthermore, 935 grants totaling Dhs540.3 million were distributed for requests related to home upkeep, building, and ownership. Additionally, 695 land grants were facilitated to assist citizens in obtaining suitable housing.

His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, the Acting CEO of MBRHE, expressed that these accomplishments align with the leadership’s strategic vision. He stated, “Our mission is to realize noble directives into practical outcomes by creating an adaptable and all-encompassing housing framework grounded in efficiency and quality, contributing to enhanced family and societal stability.”
He also noted that these initiatives are fully compatible with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Social Agenda 33. Both initiatives aim to establish Dubai as a leading global city in terms of quality of life by fostering a sustainable housing ecosystem that encourages social unity and supports economic progress.
