The Municipality and Planning Department of Ajman has announced the launch of the Camel Track development project today, marking the beginning of “Phase One.” This initiative is designed to serve the school complex in the Talla area, in preparation for the upcoming academic year. It is part of the department’s plans to enhance infrastructure and improve road quality, aligning with the Ajman Vision 2030 for a comprehensive and sustainable transportation system.
Dr. Engineer Mohammed Ahmed Bin Umair Al-Muhairi, the Executive Director of the Infrastructure Development Sector at the Municipality and Planning Department, emphasized the commitment to improving community living standards and providing the best services. As a result, the development work in the school area was prioritized during the summer break to facilitate safe access for students to their respective schools.
He noted that the teams were dedicated to achieving a partial opening ahead of the school year to ensure smooth traffic flow.
Engineer Abdullah Mustafa Al-Marzouqi, Director of the Roads and Infrastructure Department, stated that the project spans 2.5 kilometers, starting from the Sheikh Ammar Bin Hamid intersection and extending to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
