Colonel Badran Al-Shamsi, the Acting Assistant Commander for Academic and Training Affairs, attended the graduation ceremony for the 47th and 48th batches of the Non-Commissioned Officers Program. The event also saw the presence of Colonel Nasser Hamid Al-Zari, the Acting Director of the Dubai Police Academy, and Colonel Abdulaziz Mohammed Amin Al-Abdallah, the Director of Candidate Affairs, along with several officers.
During the ceremony, Colonel Badran Al-Shamsi congratulated the 95 graduates and emphasized the importance of safeguarding the nation’s achievements across various sectors. He urged them to provide services that exceed community expectations to enhance public satisfaction. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Dubai Police leadership to train and prepare police personnel to international standards, aiming to ensure the highest levels of security and safety throughout the country, maintain law and order, and deliver justice to all citizens, residents, and visitors.
The Non-Commissioned Officers Program, which lasted for five months, included theoretical coursework covering criminal law, procedural law, human resources law, human rights, occupational safety and security procedures, as well as disciplinary offenses.
