These workshops emphasized safety guidelines, responsible driving practices, and effective student boarding and disembarking procedures. Additionally, the sessions included participants from school transport operations and field supervisors, coordinated with relevant authorities in the emirate, highlighting the readiness of drivers and supervisors for the upcoming academic year.
The authority noted that preparations have involved on-site visits to the technical inspection center to ensure that school buses meet safety standards. Inspections are also being conducted at bus gathering points to verify compliance with established regulations, while reviewing aspects related to health, safety, and licensing.
