The Proptech company PRYPCO has joined forces with Ovaluate, recognized as the pioneering AI-driven Automated Valuation Model (AVM) platform, to introduce what is claimed to be the first instant valuation engine for fractional real estate.

This innovative tool, part of PRYPCO Blocks, which operates under the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), allows investors to receive valuations for both fractional shares and complete property ownership in just 10 seconds.

Ovaluate’s AVM leverages up-to-date data and international valuation norms to generate regulator-approved, clear, and impartial valuation reports.

“The rise of fractional ownership has revolutionized real estate investment, relying on valuations that are precise, clear, and swift. With the integration of Ovaluate’s AI-driven valuation technology into PRYPCO Blocks, every investor can now access immediate, data-driven insights,” stated Amira Sajwani, founder and CEO of PRYPCO. “This initiative aims to democratize access to information, enhance market transparency, and solidify Dubai’s position as a leader in PropTech innovation.”

Ovaluate CEO indicates collaboration heralds a new phase in real estate investment

Omran Yousef, founder and CEO of Ovaluate, expressed that the collaboration signifies “a new phase in real estate investment, where technological advancement and transparency enable empowerment for all investors.”

Launched with the goal of making premium regulated property investments available on a global scale, PRYPCO Blocks allows investments starting from Dhs2,000 and has drawn investors from more than 200 countries.

The introduction of Ovaluate’s AI capabilities provides retail investors with valuation access traditionally reserved for institutional clients, according to both companies.
