Explore the Complete List: More Than 80 Job Opportunities Available at Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is preparing for its highly anticipated launch set for early 2027.

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is in the midst of a significant recruitment effort as it readies for its opening in early 2027.

Currently, the resort has listed 84 job openings on its official careers page and LinkedIn, with the majority of postings made in the last month.

This recruitment initiative showcases the immense scale of Wynn’s first establishment in the UAE. Construction on the Dhs12.4 billion project commenced in early 2023 and will include 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 private villas, 22 dining establishments, a theater, a nightclub, a five-star spa, a shopping area covering 15,000 sq. meters, and an events center of 7,500 sq. meters.

According to the latest project update released in February, construction was making significant strides, with 64 percent of the structural concrete completed up to the 34th floor of the main resort tower, and elevators extending to the 36th floor. The construction team managed to finish one floor per week, aiming for the topping-off of the tower by December this year. As of February, the resort tower has reached a height of about 140 feet.

The resort will be managed in accordance with regulations set forth by the UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority, which oversees all commercial gaming activities in the nation.

From community managers to high-end dining

The variety of job openings spans several fields, including marketing, hospitality, IT, data science, finance, high-end dining, event management, and guest services.

Of particular note is Wynn’s initiative to hire four vice presidents for casino marketing, each focusing on different regions: MENA, Domestic UAE, Asia & Far East, and Europe/Rest of World. These senior-level positions emphasize the resort’s goal of attracting a high-value international clientele.

For instance, the Vice President of Casino Marketing for Asia & Far East will be responsible for crafting and implementing focused marketing strategies to expand market presence in key Asian regions, while the European/ROW counterpart aims to enhance a high-value clientele from Europe, North America, Latin America, Oceania, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Other job listings showcase Wynn’s focus on lifestyle, entertainment, and digital innovation. An Influencer Community Manager will be tasked with orchestrating ongoing creator programs and marketing campaigns across the GCC and targeted markets. Meanwhile, the Director of Special Events will coordinate high-profile occasions that reflect Wynn’s commitment to world-class entertainment, and there is a need for Executive Chefs who can deliver outstanding dining experiences reflecting the finesse of fine cuisine.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become a significant highlight within Ras Al Khaimah’s broader tourism development, which saw 1.22 million visitors in 2023, a 24 percent increase from the previous year. The emirate aims to attract over 3 million annual visitors by 2030, according to the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA).
