Schools Request Parents to Update Student Information

Public schools have urged parents to urgently complete their children’s data and update their contact numbers via designated online links. This is necessary to ensure the regular receipt of weekly and educational reports, as well as to verify the accuracy of information for the academic year 2025-2026.

School administrations emphasized in text messages sent to students that filling out the electronic forms enhances communication between families and schools. Furthermore, it allows educators to send weekly reports regarding students’ performance in core subjects such as mathematics, English, and science. They highlighted that the steady arrival of these reports aids parents in closely and continuously monitoring their children’s progress.

The primary goal of updating data is to ensure the accuracy of contact information, enabling schools to promptly reach out to parents when necessary, particularly regarding academic performance, behavioral feedback, or academic support plans. They pointed out that any inaccuracies in the provided information could hinder the delivery of messages, negatively affecting the monitoring and progress of students.

In addition, schools stressed that completing student data forms for the new academic year is a crucial step in the overall preparations for the academic year ahead. They assured that this data is kept confidential and is used solely for updating official school records and ensuring educational quality. Moreover, they emphasized that parental cooperation during this phase enhances the effectiveness of the partnership between home and school, enabling teachers to provide appropriate support to each student based on their individual needs.

School administrations concluded their messages by reaffirming that the success of the educational process relies on ongoing collaboration between schools and families. They noted that engaging parents in all stages of the process contributes to improving student performance and achieving the best outcomes at both individual and collective levels. They also expressed gratitude to parents for their responsiveness, reaffirming that this partnership will remain fundamental to a successful and achievement-filled academic year.
