Under the guidance and support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has today announced a cabinet reshuffle within the government of the UAE.
He announced the appointment of His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh as the Minister of Health and Prevention, while His Excellency Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais will continue his role as Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs.
In a statement on his official account on the platform X, he expressed: “Dear brothers and sisters, following the approval of my brother, the President of the UAE, I announce today the appointment of Ahmed Al Sayegh as the Minister of Health in the UAE. We are grateful for the dedicated service of Abdul Rahman Al Owais in the Ministry of Health over the past years, during which the federal healthcare system has undergone continuous development. Abdul Rahman Al Owais will remain with us in the UAE government as Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs.”
He concluded: “Wishing both of them success in their governmental duties, and wishing good fortune to all national teams in the United Arab Emirates.”
