Dubai South Unveils ‘VIP Terminal Boulevard’ for Luxurious Travel

In response to the increasing demand for aviation services, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) located in Dubai South has unveiled plans for ‘The VIP Terminal Boulevard’. This innovative project aims to draw top aviation firms and luxury brands from across the world.

Positioned right next to the VIP Terminal—which has seen a steady rise in business aviation activity—the boulevard will extend 769 meters and encompass 16 upscale buildings.

These structures will provide contemporary amenities and high-end retail options across an extensive 204,000 square meter space. This initiative is part of MBRAH’s comprehensive aviation framework and is set to be developed in stages, with the first phase starting in 2026, according to a WAM report.

Aviation One: A contemporary landmark of innovation and efficiency

Construction is currently in progress for Aviation One, which will be a six-story centerpiece building within the boulevard. With its modern architectural design and efficient internal layouts, this building exemplifies MBRAH’s dedication to innovation and excellence in operations.

The boulevard is anticipated to evolve into a key location for prestigious aviation enterprises, providing them with unparalleled opportunities for growth and development in a vibrant environment.

Visionary leadership and international goals

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, who serves as the chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, chairman of Dubai Airports, and chairman and chief executive of Emirates Airline and Group, highlighted the importance of this initiative.

“Aviation has consistently been a cornerstone of Dubai’s economy. The rising need for aviation services in the emirate mirrors the aspirations of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, as well as the progressive ecosystem at MBRAH, which exceeds industry expectations,” he stated.

He also mentioned: “The VIP Terminal Boulevard represents a remarkable enhancement to the premier facilities at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. It will create new opportunities for leading aviation companies and luxury brands, thereby reinforcing Dubai’s status as a top destination for businesses and a significant player in the global aviation arena.”

MBRAH’s significance in realizing Dubai’s aviation goals

MBRAH provides top global aerospace companies with access to a robust free-zone environment equipped with superior connectivity. It hosts some of the most acclaimed airlines, private aviation firms, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) providers, and educational institutions. Developed by Dubai South, MBRAH is committed to advancing Dubai’s objective of establishing itself as a premier global aviation center.
