The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced the selection of nine prominent companies to sponsor its events and initiatives aimed at enhancing labor market competitiveness, employee happiness, and social belonging.
This announcement was made during a recent ceremony held at the ministry’s headquarters in Dubai, where Mohammed Saqr Al-Nuaimi, the Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services, signed sponsorship agreements with representatives from the participating companies.
The companies involved include Damac and Aldar Properties in the diamond sponsorship category, the Insurance House and Shoba Realty in the platinum category, Integrated Telecommunications (du), Emirates General Petroleum Corporation “Emirates,” the Electronic Documents Center, and National Marine Dredging Company in the gold category, as well as Abdul Wahed Al Rostamani Group in the silver category.
The sponsorship encompasses the UAE Pioneer Award in the labor market, alongside various events and activities targeting employees during national and international celebrations, as well as internal events organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
During the ceremony, Mohammed Al-Nuaimi praised the sponsoring companies for their commitment to community responsibility, explaining that the selection was based on the competitiveness of their proposals and adherence to high standards of excellence and innovation.
In this context, Hussain Sajwani, founder of Damac Properties, expressed his delight in continuing to collaborate with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation on initiatives like the UAE Pioneer Award in the labor market.
Similarly, Bayan Al Hosani, CEO of Human Resources and Communications at Aldar Group, stated that these joint efforts contribute to realizing the visionary leadership’s goal of establishing the nation as a global hub for talent to work and live in.
Francis Alfred, CEO of Shoba Realty, noted that the company is pleased to partner with the ministry and support its initiatives for the third consecutive year, enhancing communication and collaboration with government entities.
