Lieutenant General Dr. Ahmed Za’al bin Kershan Al-Muhairi, the Deputy Commander for Financial and Administrative Affairs in the Dubai Police, emphasized that the General Finance Department is a critical pillar within the police operational framework, playing a key role in supporting various departments with financial resources while enhancing institutional performance and governance of financial processes. During the meeting, performance indicators and strategic plans were reviewed to align them with the Dubai Government’s strategy, ensuring ongoing financial development and integration with national initiatives.
Lieutenant General Dr. Al-Muhairi also discussed the challenges faced by the finance department, along with proposals to address them, including plans for digital transformation in financial services by improving internal systems and programs.
