Dubai’s Methods Receive Global Certification for Technology Testing Quality

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a Level 4 certification in the Technology Maturity Model Integration (TMMi), marking it as the first organization in the United Arab Emirates and the first globally in the transportation sector to receive this recognition.

This accomplishment serves as a testament to the RTA’s commitment to enhancing the quality assurance processes of technologies and adopting global best practices in digital testing. It reflects their leadership in providing high-quality services and exceptional experiences for customers, aligning with their 2030 digital transformation strategic plan.

It is noteworthy that the RTA previously received a Level 3 certification in TMMi in 2023. This model is recognized internationally as a leading standard for ensuring quality and maturity in testing practices. The certification was awarded following an audit conducted by Experimentus, a UK-based firm renowned for its expertise in quality certification and adherence to global standards.

<pWith this achievement, the RTA reinforces its position as a frontrunner in technology quality and governance, affirming its dedication to continually enhancing its digital practices to achieve the highest levels of maturity and excellence.
