Dubai Judicial Authority: A Strategic Partner in Dubai Government Pavilion

The Dubai Judicial Institute is set to participate in the “GITEX Global 2025” exhibition as a strategic partner for justice within the Dubai Judicial Council platform, under the theme “Innovative Training, Sustainable Impact.”

This involvement highlights the institute’s commitment to embracing the latest digital technologies in line with the digitization trends in the judicial sector. It aims to develop AI-based tools and interactive systems to enhance judicial work efficiency, speed up access to justice, and support judicial decision-making.

At the exhibition, the institute will showcase two major projects that represent a significant advancement in digital judicial training and the promotion of legal culture. The first initiative is the “AI-Powered Judicial Competency Management System (AI-MJCS),” a comprehensive smart system that is the first of its kind in judicial training institutes in the Middle East. Its purpose is to precisely and comprehensively measure and evaluate judicial competencies in Dubai through an interactive electronic assessment that utilizes AI algorithms to analyze results and generate detailed reports recommending the most suitable training programs for each member, thereby enhancing judicial performance sustainably.

The second project is “Global Justice Insights (GJI),” an AI-powered intelligent assistant that allows members of the judiciary and researchers to access the latest legislation and international practices in emerging legal fields, including artificial intelligence, robotics, cryptocurrencies, the metaverse, drones, and blockchain.

The system features an interactive avatar interface that enables users to ask questions either verbally or in writing, receiving prompt and accurate answers. This enhances the research and training experience and promotes the legal comparison culture while supporting legal research with best global practices.
