The Future Generations Events Management at the Women’s Renaissance Association in Dubai organized proactive workshops under the program “Pioneering with Determination.” The workshops included sessions titled “The Path to Entrepreneurship,” “Create Your Online Store,” and “Marketing Using Artificial Intelligence.” These initiatives aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of individuals of determination and promote their innovative projects, aligning with the community integration policy and the UAE’s vision of empowering all segments of society.
Khawla Al-Mataroshi, Director of Future Generations Events at the association, emphasized that these workshops pave the way for an important upcoming event. This event aims to promote the projects of individuals of determination and highlight their capabilities across various fields, scheduled for next year.
Al-Mataroshi stated, “The forthcoming event will serve as a comprehensive platform to support individuals of determination from all types of disabilities, showcasing this important group to enhance their integration and empowerment, thereby creating a more inclusive and creative society.”
The workshops featured Dr. Abdul Latif Al-Azzazi, an economic advisor and entrepreneurship expert from the Center of Excellence, and Fahd Al-Shuwaili, an international lecturer in AI marketing from Dar Al-Ilm Institute.
During his session, Dr. Al-Azzazi discussed the differences between traditional business and entrepreneurship, outlining the essential steps to building a successful project, potential challenges, and future opportunities in the labor market, along with factors influencing the sustainability of entrepreneurial ventures.
Fahd Al-Shuwaili highlighted key AI platforms and their roles in promoting entrepreneurial projects, stressing the importance of leveraging modern technologies for smart marketing to empower individuals of determination to reach a broader audience and achieve greater community and economic impact.
