Jacob & Co Residences Achieves New Milestone in Ras Al Khaimah with Dh300m Sales in Just 12 Hours

Mantra Properties has unveiled its latest high-end endeavor, Jacob & Co Residences, in collaboration with the prestigious watch and jewelry brand Jacob & Co. The project has set a record by achieving over Dhs300 million in sales within the first 12 hours of its launch. This remarkable achievement establishes it as the fastest-selling project ever on Al Marjan Island.

The branded residence is valued at Dhs400 million and has attracted significant interest from both investors and affluent buyers, highlighting the UAE’s ongoing dominance in the branded real estate market. Over 80% of the purchasers were foreign nationals and international investors, emphasizing Ras Al Khaimah’s growing status as a luxury property investment destination.

Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I’d like to extend my congratulations to the teams at Mantra Properties and Jacob & Co for the outstanding launch of the Jacob & Co Residences at Al Marjan Island. This significant project truly embodies our vision of bringing premier global luxury brands to the vibrant lifestyle scene of Ras Al Khaimah. It not only enhances the allure of the island but also redefines modern luxury living in this region. We wish continued success to all stakeholders involved in Al Marjan Island and beyond.”

Ankit Gupta, managing director of Mantra Properties, remarked, “This achievement symbolizes the culmination of our 20-year legacy in design innovation and excellence. Jacob & Co Residences represents more than just a development; it is a testament to craftsmanship, ambition, and vision. The overwhelming response showcases the demand for tailored luxury experiences that merge artistry, architecture, and aspiration. We take pride in offering a project that reimagines luxury living in Ras Al Khaimah.”

Situated along the picturesque waterfront of Al Marjan Island, Jacob & Co Residences will include 223 exclusive homes, featuring studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with prices beginning at AED 1.01 million. The development is set to be completed by Q4 2027, promising an ultra-exclusive living experience characterized by wellness, design, and expert craftsmanship.

The project will offer premier amenities, including the Wellness Club @ J&Co, a rooftop hub for fitness and yoga; Pool Club @ J&Co featuring an infinity pool and cabanas; Observatory @ J&Co for elevated leisure and dining experiences; and family-focused areas with dedicated swimming pools and recreational spaces.

Jacob Arabo, founder and chairman of Jacob & Co, noted, “Similar to how each of our timepieces tells a distinct story of artistry and innovation, Jacob & Co Residences on Al Marjan Island will embark on a new narrative in luxury living. This project reflects our unwavering commitment to perfection, akin to what defines our timepieces and jewelry. Every one of these 223 residences is a unique masterpiece, allowing each resident to embody the Jacob & Co philosophy of transforming beauty and craftsmanship into reality.”

This launch also bolsters Mantra Properties’ growth plans, with five additional developments valued at Dhs1.3 billion slated for the next three years. For Jacob & Co, it signifies yet another significant achievement in its expanding portfolio of branded residences following successful projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
