Q3 Results Solidify du’s Growth Trajectory
Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO of du, remarked that the company’s performance in the third quarter “strengthens the robust growth pattern established in the first half of the year,” emphasizing the firm’s consistent results driven by fundamental strengths and substantial subscriber growth.
“The successful completion of our secondary public offering enhances du’s market presence by increasing the free float and diversifying our investor pool, putting us in a favorable position for possible index inclusion,” stated Al Hassawi. “We are making significant progress on our strategic objectives, bolstering growth in our core connectivity business while rapidly expanding our high-potential segments outside of core services.”
In the recent quarter, du completed a secondary public offering of 7.55 percent of its share capital, raising the free float to 27.7 percent.
The transaction involved 75 percent of the shares previously held by Mubadala and is projected to improve liquidity, broaden the investor base, and facilitate potential index incorporation.
The company reiterated its full-year guidance for 2025, projecting revenue growth between 6–8 percent and targeting EBITDA margins within the 45–47 percent range.
du plans to continue its investments in modernizing mobile and fixed networks and expanding its ICT operations, with a larger portion of capital spending earmarked for the fourth quarter to support ongoing growth strategies.
