Bloom Holding Introduces ‘Malaga’, the Eleventh Phase of Bloom Living in Abu Dhabi

Bloom Holding, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE, has unveiled the launch of ‘Malaga’, marking the eleventh phase of Bloom Living, its comprehensive and integrated community located in Abu Dhabi.

Inspired by the Spanish coastal city, Malaga features its final selection of luxurious lakeside villas, available in configurations between three to six bedrooms. The completion of this phase is anticipated by the fourth quarter of 2028, with starting prices set at Dhs4.1m.

Malaga showcases a blend of Mediterranean Spanish architectural influences along with modern amenities. It emphasizes both aesthetic appeal and a lifestyle centered on wellness, connectivity, and convenience, which are key elements of the broader Bloom Living concept. Each villa boasts sophisticated finishes, lofty ceilings, and large windows that showcase tranquil lake views, enhancing the experience of indoor-outdoor living.

Common areas within Malaga are thoughtfully designed to encourage wellbeing and foster social interaction. Generous courtyards, accessibility to green spaces, and premium facilities create a community feel and offer tranquillity within the urban landscape.

Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, remarked, “Our mission at Bloom Holding is to craft communities that prioritize the needs of residents. We are excited to present Malaga, a new chapter in the Bloom Living story, which embodies our enduring dedication to developing integrated environments where individuals feel truly connected.”

“The outstanding reception of our latest launch, Marbella, which sold out in record time, reflects the confidence in Bloom Holding’s vision and the rising demand for well-planned communities in Abu Dhabi. We anticipate that Malaga will similarly attract significant interest and success.”

“Malaga signifies more than just a new phase; it is a reaffirmation of our commitment to redefine real estate standards and lead community development in the region. We are delighted to continue evolving Bloom Living into one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after locales, where quality and lifestyle converge to establish a new standard in residential development.”

Residents of Malaga will enjoy a variety of amenities within walking distance, including interconnected parks, a community clubhouse featuring pools and sports facilities, and recreational areas designed for family-friendly and active lifestyles.

The Town Center, positioned at the heart of Bloom Living, serves as a lively community hub with restaurants, cafes, and retail shops. It also houses essential services like a medical clinic, wellness center, and supermarket, ensuring that daily needs are conveniently addressed within the community.

The centerpiece of the development is a spacious central lake bordered by walking and cycling paths. Additionally, multipurpose amphitheaters and picturesque plazas offer gathering points for social and recreational activities. Bloom Living also incorporates places of worship and two international schools to enhance community life.

Situated in Zayed City, close to Zayed International Airport, Bloom Living is a gated community that allows buyers of all nationalities to acquire residential properties. The development features a diverse range of villas, townhouses, and apartments tailored to accommodate residents of all ages.
