Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled a captivating new series of waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, signaling a significant step forward in Dubai’s most ambitious island project.

As construction advances swiftly, this significant launch introduces 11 uniquely designed villa styles in The Beach and The Coral Collections, each crafted to embody a modern coastal style. Developed in partnership with renowned international architectural firms, every villa is named to highlight its unique style and essence, focusing on spaciousness, natural light, and a strong connection to the sea. Each home provides direct access to the beach and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf.

The Beach Collection consists of five- and six-bedroom villas with sizes ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet, featuring designs like Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects, Cobalt Beach by LOCI, Baia Luna by WATG, Wave Crest by LW Design Group, and Ocean Whisper and Bluejay by SAOTA.

On the other hand, the Coral Collection showcases six- and seven-bedroom villas that range from 11,500 to 12,500 square feet, designed by SAOTA, LOCI, LW Design Group, and NAGA Architects. Villa styles such as Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage display striking geometries, use of natural materials, and warm color schemes that create a seamless blend of interior elegance and outdoor tranquility.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, stated: “Palm Jebel Ali exemplifies Dubai’s vision and unwavering aspirations. This new release of villas reaffirms Nakheel’s dedication to superior design, execution, and community building. As construction progresses, we are committed to delivering residences and neighborhoods that enhance quality of life and play a crucial role in Dubai’s long-term development narrative.”

In addition to the residential offerings, Palm Jebel Ali’s master plan encompasses a 9,000-square-meter retail center and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). Designed to accommodate up to 1,000 worshippers, the mosque innovatively reinterprets Islamic architecture, featuring sculptural forms and a striking interplay of light and shadow.

Covering seven islands and stretching over 13.4 kilometers, Palm Jebel Ali incorporates 16 fronds and boasts more than 90 kilometers of coastline, establishing a significant growth area in Jebel Ali. In line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), the development utilizes smart-city technologies, follows sustainable design practices, and fosters vibrant public spaces to create a mixed-use, walkable community that sets new benchmarks for luxury waterfront living, as stated by the company.
