ROX Motor has officially unveiled its new flagship global SUV, the ROX ADAMAS, in Abu Dhabi, marking a significant step in the company’s international expansion and emphasizing the growing collaboration between China and the UAE in the field of advanced mobility.

The world premiere also coincided with the launch of the Borouge–ROX Motor Innovative Materials Joint Laboratory, which aims to accelerate progress in developing innovative materials for ROX Motor vehicles. This partnership aligns with Abu Dhabi’s vision of establishing itself as a leading center for sustainable and innovation-focused industries in the sector of future mobility.

In just three years since its inception, ROX Motor has introduced its first vehicle, the ROX 01, entered approximately 30 international markets, and formed various strategic partnerships. Its alliance with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) provides a robust foundation for advancing localization efforts, innovation, and user-centered design in the region.

Mohammad Ali Al Kamali, chief trade and industry officer at ADIO, remarked: “The debut of the ROX ADAMAS in Abu Dhabi is not just about launching a new vehicle; it represents a critical milestone that highlights Abu Dhabi’s role as a global center for innovation and future-driven sectors. The collaboration between ROX Motor and Borouge, as part of ADIO’s Automotive Programme, exemplifies how global innovation can foster an integrated ecosystem for industrial and commercial growth, promoting sustainable transportation while creating new investment and localization opportunities.”

The vehicle features closed air suspension with DCC adaptive damping and terrain-specific driving modes, including options for sand, snow, and mountain driving, supplemented by a desert thermal management system tailored for extreme Gulf climates.

Further highlights include L2+ driver assistance systems, over-the-air updates, V2L power output of up to 3.5 kW, and luxurious amenities such as the Tailgate Kitchen 2.0 and a roof-edge canopy, transforming the SUV into an inviting space for upscale outdoor experiences.
