The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating a new sexual battery allegation against Sean “Diddy” Combs. This follows his recent conviction on prostitution-related charges that led to a four-year prison sentence.
The allegations have surfaced from a male music producer who reported an incident from a 2020 photoshoot in a Los Angeles warehouse. According to the police report, Combs allegedly exposed himself and made inappropriate demands during the encounter. The accuser, whose identity has been redacted for privacy, expressed feelings of embarrassment that prevented him from speaking out for several years. He finally came forward to authorities in Largo, Florida, after Combs was convicted on other charges.
As the investigation unfolds, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s department has confirmed that they received an official report from Florida police regarding the allegations. The report also references an incident from March 2021, where the accuser claimed two men threatened him before Combs entered the room and referred to him as a “snitch.”
In July of this year, Combs was convicted of using his resources to facilitate drug-laden sexual encounters with multiple partners over several years. Although he faced serious charges, such as sex trafficking and racketeering, he was acquitted of these more severe allegations, which could have resulted in a life sentence. His current release is set for May 2028, though he may qualify for reduced time through participation in various prison programs.
The ongoing investigation adds another layer to the controversies surrounding the hip-hop mogul, and as developments occur, they will be closely monitored.
