Voting Now Open for Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai Featuring Dembélé and Ronaldo

Football enthusiasts globally can now participate in the voting process for their favorite nominees for the 2025 Globe Soccer Awards. The awards ceremony is set to take place on December 28, 2025, at the Atlantis The Royal hotel located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

This year marks the 16th edition of the prestigious event, which includes around 15 categories of awards. Notably, nine of these categories are open to a public vote, allowing fans to contribute to determining the finalists until November 27. Following this initial voting phase, a second round will occur from December 3 to 11, ultimately combining fan votes with insights from the Globe Soccer Jury, which features renowned figures like Marcello Lippi, Francesco Totti, Iker Casillas, and Luis Figo.

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has emerged as a prominent contender after a highly successful 2024-2025 campaign, securing titles such as the UEFA Champions League, Super Cup, Ligue 1, and Coupe de France. The club is well-represented in multiple categories, including the Best Men’s Club award. Luis Enrique and Luís Campos are also in contention for the Best Coach and Best Sporting Director honors, respectively.

The nominees for the Best Men’s Player include eight members of PSG’s Champions League-winning squad, such as Ousmane Dembélé and Gianluigi Donnarumma, among others. Additionally, players like Dembélé and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia are nominated for Best Forward, while emerging talents Doué, Neves, and Zaïre-Emery are up for the Emerging Player award.

Accompanying PSG’s nominees are notable figures like 2024 winner Vinícius Júnior from Real Madrid and his teammate Kylian Mbappé, along with stars from clubs such as FC Barcelona and Liverpool. Aitana Bonmatí, the midfielder from Barcelona Femení, is nominated for the Best Women’s Player award, seeking her third consecutive victory. She shares the nomination list with several teammates and players from England’s UEFA Women’s Euro 2025-winning squad.

In the Best Women’s Club category, UEFA Women’s Champions League winners Arsenal face competition from notable teams such as Bayern Frauen and Chelsea Women. On the men’s side, PSG will compete against teams like FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich for the Best Men’s Club award, signaling a highly competitive field.

The Best Coach category features notable figures, including PSG’s Enrique and coaches from leading clubs across Europe. Lastly, Cristiano Ronaldo has been nominated for Best Middle East Player, contending against a list of distinguished players from various clubs. The upcoming Globe Soccer Awards present an exciting opportunity for fans to support their favorites and celebrate achievements in the football world.
