Following an assault, Sachdeva stated that he doesn’t feel safe at home, particularly since the perpetrator is still at large.
In a video shared on Instagram, Anuj detailed the events surrounding the attack and lamented the lack of action against his assailant. He remains hopeful for justice despite the circumstances. In his own words, he described how he sustained injuries while trying to address an issue related to a wrongly parked car in the society. As he stepped out to walk his dog, generating a photo and alerting the owners’ group about the parking violation, he encountered hostility.
Anuj explained how the confrontation escalated when the individual, identified as Pradeep Singh, reacted aggressively. After being threatened verbally and physically, Anuj attempted to protect his female friend and his dog, but the situation quickly turned violent. According to him, Singh resorted to hitting him on the head with a stick.
The actor emphasized his trust in the Mumbai Police and highlighted that he has officially filed a First Information Report (FIR) regarding the incident. Despite the attacker’s freedom, Anuj remains optimistic that justice will ultimately prevail. He underscored the emotional impact of the attack, stating that he continues to feel unsafe knowing Singh has yet to be apprehended.
