Sobhita Dhulipala Praises ‘Supreme’ Dhurandhar, Hails Ranveer Singh’s Brilliance

Aditya Dhar’s film “Dhurandhar” has garnered significant attention, both from audiences and industry insiders. Recently, actress Sobhita Dhulipala expressed her admiration for the film and its lead actors, Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun.

On Saturday, Sobhita shared her enthusiasm for “Dhurandhar” through her Instagram Stories, calling it “breathtaking” and “inspiring.” She highlighted the exceptional talent and beauty of the cast, tagging both Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun in her post. Since its release on December 5, the film has achieved remarkable success at the box office, raking in over ₹662 crore in India.

The film has also received praise from a host of other celebrities. Preity Zinta described “Dhurandhar” as one of the best films she has seen recently, commending the raw and real performances from the entire cast. Anupam Kher shared a heartfelt video expressing pride in the film’s success, despite not being part of it. He noted that the movie’s achievements have brought him a sense of peace and fulfillment.

“Dhurandhar” has now positioned itself among the top 10 highest-grossing Indian films of all time. The film features an impressive ensemble cast, including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, and others, and is produced by Aditya Dhar in collaboration with Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar under Jio Studios and B62 Studios.

The narrative of “Dhurandhar” revolves around covert intelligence operations, set against a backdrop of significant geopolitical events and terror attacks, including the Kandahar plane hijacking and the 2001 Parliament Attack.

Looking ahead, fans are eagerly anticipating the sequel, “Dhurandhar 2,” scheduled for release in theaters on March 19. This follow-up aims for a grand debut, coinciding with significant festivals such as Eid, Gudi Padwa, and Ugadi in 2026. It will be released in five languages—Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam—marking a wide-reaching rollout across both India and international markets.
