Exploring Bernard D’Ormale: Brigitte Bardot’s Husband and His History

Filmmaker Aditya Dhar is experiencing significant success with his latest film, “Dhurandhar,” which has recently joined the prestigious ₹1,000-crore club, alongside other recent blockbusters like “Jawan” and “Pathaan.” The film has received acclaim for the performances of its cast, who have expressed gratitude towards Dhar for his unwavering trust in their abilities. Among those cast members is actor Naveen Kaushik, who portrays Donga in the film. He has shared a candid account of his struggles with self-doubt and his momentary contemplation of leaving the film industry.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Kaushik shared behind-the-scenes images from the “Dhurandhar” set, accompanied by a note of appreciation for Aditya Dhar. He emphasized the crucial role that trust plays in the acting profession, stating, “Somewhere along the way, you forget that before everything else, you have to trust yourself.” Kaushik reflected on the sacrifices and rejections faced by actors, underscoring that these experiences contribute to their journey and validate their place in the industry.

Before landing his role in “Dhurandhar,” Kaushik was at a low point, contemplating his departure from acting. He credited Mukesh sir for encouraging him to meet with Aditya Dhar, describing the meeting as a crucial moment in his career. The two connected over their shared roots in Delhi theatre, reflecting on their paths to the film industry and the challenges they faced along the way.

Kaushik recalled a pivotal instance during a story narration session with the cast, where Aditya emphasized the importance of their collective trust and support for the film’s success. This moment made him feel like an integral part of the narrative, transforming his experience from that of a mere actor to someone genuinely invested in the project.

Expressing gratitude for the renewed faith he found in himself, Kaushik remarked on the transformative journey of the past year and a half. He praised Aditya Dhar for his leadership throughout the filming process, commending his ability to maintain vision and composure amid challenges. As Dhar ascends in the ranks of renowned directors, Kaushik highlighted his extraordinary talent as a storyteller and master craftsman.

Naveen Kaushik made his film debut in 2009 with a supporting role in “Dev.D.” He gained recognition that same year with a significant role in “Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year,” alongside Ranbir Kapoor. Over the years, he has appeared in various projects, including YRF’s series “Seven,” Amazon Prime Video’s “Inside Edge,” and films like “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani,” “Bank Chor,” “Bad Newz,” and “Guest Inn London.”

“Dhurandhar” has proven to be a box office hit since its release, featuring a star-studded cast that includes Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan. While the film received mixed reactions from critics, it benefited from positive audience feedback, propelling its success. In just 22 days, “Dhurandhar” achieved the remarkable milestone of reaching the ₹1,000-crore mark, and it continues to do well in theatres. A sequel to the film is anticipated, with its release scheduled for March 2026.
