Boman Irani Commends Prabhas for His Humble Approach to Stardom

The anticipation surrounding the film “The Raja Saab” continues to grow as its release date approaches. Directed by Maruthi, this fantasy horror comedy features Prabhas in the lead role, along with notable actors such as Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, and Niddhi Agerwal. During a recent pre-release event, Boman Irani shared insights into his experience working with Prabhas, highlighting the actor’s unique personality.

Boman described Prabhas as possessing a “larger-than-life aura,” which one would typically associate with a superstar. However, he noted that Prabhas interacts with everyone on set like a youthful spirit. “There’s something very boyish and innocent about him,” Boman remarked, expressing admiration for the actor’s grounded nature despite his fame. He appreciated Prabhas’ ability to enjoy his stardom without imposing it on others.

Further praising his colleague, Boman mentioned that Prabhas has a playful side, often being the first to laugh and creating a jovial atmosphere on set. This portrayal of the actor paints a picture of someone who, despite significant professional achievements, remains relatable and retains a youthful enthusiasm. Boman reflected on the beauty of such innocence, wishing to embody similar qualities in his own life.

“The Raja Saab” promises to showcase a different side of Prabhas, as indicated by director Maruthi. The film, produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment, was officially announced in January 2024, though filming began in 2022. Maruthi boldly stated that if audiences are not satisfied with the final product, they are welcome to visit him personally to express their disappointment.

Set for a theatrical release on January 9, coinciding with the Sankranthi festival, “The Raja Saab” is positioned to face competition from several other Telugu and Tamil films. With its unique blend of fantasy, horror, and comedy, this film is anticipated to make a significant mark in the industry.
