Renowned director Farah Khan commented on Khanna’s latest success during a visit to Pranit More’s home, where she was filming a vlog. She praised Akshaye as deserving of an Oscar and mentioned that his performance in “Dhurandhar” has led to renewed appreciation for his earlier work, particularly in “Tees Maar Khan.” During this visit, Pranit humorously pointed out that the character Aatish Kapoor, desperate for an Oscar, resonates strongly with audiences due to Khanna’s memorable performance.
In response to Pranit’s remarks, Farah emphasized the continued impact of “Tees Maar Khan,” asserting that it remains relevant after Khanna’s impressive showing in “Dhurandhar.” She playfully acknowledged the idea that the “real Oscar” exists within her film, mirroring Aatish’s fervent desire to win the prestigious award within the storyline.
