Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal Share Their Thoughts on TV Weddings

Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal are a beloved couple in the Indian television industry, known not only for their on-screen work but also for their supportive relationship. Recently, the couple discussed their perspectives on Avika Gor and Milind Chandwani’s wedding, which took place on national television, and expressed that such a public display would not be suited for them.

During a recent appearance on Elvish Yadav’s podcast, both Hina and Rocky shared their admiration for Avika and Milind’s bold choice to marry in front of cameras. Hina articulated her opinion, stating that the decision was quite daring, admitting, “If you ask us personally, we can’t do this.” They emphasized their preference for privacy when it comes to their personal life.

Moreover, Hina and Rocky expressed their support for the newlyweds, acknowledging that everyone has the right to make their own choices. Adding a touch of humor, they joked about Milind’s frugality, suggesting that he saved quite a bit by opting for a televised wedding, which they found amusing. “We are a little personal. Hum zyada woh bahar nahi karte hain. Par unki apni marzi hai. Par hai Milind ek number ka kanjoos. Paise bachaye hain usne,” they quipped.

Avika Gor and Milind Chandwani’s wedding has garnered attention in the media, particularly as they became contestants on the reality show “Pati Patni Aur Panga” in mid-2025. Avika, who has been in the limelight since a young age, mentioned her desire for the audience to partake in the celebrations. Their wedding took place on September 30, 2025, amidst co-contestants and the show’s host, adding a celebratory feeling to the occasion.

Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal’s journey together began on the sets of “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,” where they transitioned from professional acquaintances to a romantic relationship. They kept their relationship largely private before officially announcing it on “Khatron Ke Khiladi” Season 8 in 2017. Their bond grew even stronger during Hina’s battle with stage 3 breast cancer, with Rocky’s unwavering support making a significant impact on her life.

The couple tied the knot on June 4, 2025, in an intimate registry marriage. In her wedding announcement, Hina shared a heartfelt message, encapsulating their journey and commitment: “From two different worlds, we built a universe of love. Our differences faded, our hearts aligned, creating a bond to last lifetimes.” The emotional appeal of their union resonates deeply with fans, showcasing their steadfastness and mutual respect.
