Directed by Anurag Singh, “Border 2” is a sequel to the renowned 1997 film “Border,” which was helmed by J.P. Dutta. This latest installment, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, aims to elevate the narrative by depicting a multi-front war involving the Indian Army, Air Force, and Navy. The cast features actors Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty, supported by prominent performances from Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Anya Singh, and Medha Rana. Currently, the film is enjoying a successful run in theaters.
“Dhurandhar,” directed by Aditya Dhar, explores the intense story of an Indian spy assigned to infiltrate a Baloch gang in Pakistan’s Lyari. The lead role of Hamza Ali Mazari, who assumes the alias Jaskirat Singh Rangi, is portrayed by Ranveer Singh. His adversary, Rehman Dakait, the gang’s leader, is played by Akshaye Khanna. The film also features notable performances from Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi. Anticipation is building for its sequel, “Dhurandhar 2,” which is set to launch on March 19, 2026, coinciding with Eid, and will be released in multiple South Indian languages as well as Hindi.
