Golemac Praises Dubai Basketball’s Unyielding Spirit

BLACKPINK’s Rose has recently captured attention for her relationship revelations and the Grammy Awards controversy surrounding her song “APT” with Bruno Mars. While still in the spotlight for not winning any Grammy Awards, Rose shared candid insights about a past relationship during her appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

In an unexpected turn of events, Rose described the lengths she would go to in order to avoid the prying eyes of the paparazzi. Although she did not identify her ex-boyfriend, she recounted how she would study the fashion choices of older women in public. By imitating their styles, which included specific skirts and accessories, she managed to disguise herself. Rose noted, “I got a wig. A black curly wig, like a short one,” highlighting her commitment to maintaining her privacy.

This elaborate disguise was used primarily when visiting her boyfriend’s house, where they preferred to keep their relationship low-key. Interestingly, her boyfriend also took on a disguise, opting to look like a grandfather. However, he did not engage in the thorough research that Rose undertook. She recalled, “I would go to his house like that because we couldn’t go anywhere,” indicating how careful they had to be to avoid media exposure.

Amidst sharing these personal anecdotes, Rose also discussed her current relationship status. She expressed a desire to keep future relationships private to protect those she loves. Trust issues with the media have led her to maintain a low profile. Rose noted, “I want to protect the person I love. It hurts more when people close to me get attacked,” emphasizing the emotional toll of public scrutiny. She mused about a future where she might feel comfortable sharing more about her love life, depending on her trust in the media.

In addition to her relationship insights, Rose and Bruno Mars are making headlines due to the controversy over their song “APT.” Despite receiving three nominations at the Grammy Awards, the duo did not secure any wins, sparking discussions among fans regarding the perceived treatment of K-pop artists by the awards. Many took to social media to voice their frustrations, arguing that the success of “APT” deserved recognition. One user remarked, “APT winning nothing despite literally being everywhere is just more proof that the Grammys hate Koreans,” reflecting a sentiment shared by many in the K-pop community. Another added, “Whether you’re a fan or not, you can’t deny the impact that APT has had,” pointing to the song’s significant reach and influence over the past year.

Rose’s candid reflections on her past relationship and the current Grammy situation have resonated with fans, initiating an important dialogue about personal privacy and the challenges faced by artists in the limelight. As public scrutiny continues to shape her experience, Rose remains focused on her music and the connections she cherishes. What do you think about her revelations and the Grammy controversy?
