Olivia Dean Stuns in Chanel at the 2026 Grammys and Unveils ‘Man I Need’

A new reality show titled “The 50” premiered on February 1, bringing together YouTubers, actors, and personalities from the reality TV sphere. Contestants are competing for survival by completing various tasks while living together in a shared environment. Recently, tensions escalated during one of these tasks, particularly involving YouTuber Sagar Thakur, known as Maxtern, and fellow contestant Elvish Yadav.

Maxtern’s controversial comments about Elvish quickly went viral. In a heated moment on the show, he expressed frustration about Elvish and his friends boasting about gaining followers through confrontations, saying, “I don’t want them to go on other reality shows and claim they gained followers by slapping Maxtern.” He dismissed Elvish’s influence, stating that even his friends do not have significant followings.

He continued his tirade by accusing Elvish of employing negative public relations tactics and hiding behind distractions rather than facing conflicts head-on. “The day he comes face-to-face with me, he’ll get slapped,” Maxtern warned, labeling those who view Elvish as a gangster as misguided and foolish.

The situation escalated when Maxtern re-entered the house after his outburst, only to be confronted by Elvish’s friend, Archit Kaushik, who slapped him, causing Maxtern to fall to the ground. Other friends of Elvish, Lovekesh Kataria and Lakshya Choudhary, have since cautioned Maxtern against speaking negatively about Elvish in the house.

In a broader context, Elvish found himself in controversy in 2024 when a video surfaced, allegedly showing him assaulting Maxtern with friends. This incident led to an FIR being filed against Elvish. He responded by claiming that Maxtern had threatened him and his family, suggesting that the allegations were fabricated for publicity. Shortly afterward, both parties described the incident as a misunderstanding and addressed the situation through mutual acquaintances.

“The 50” has experienced several eliminations thus far, with notable exits including YouTuber Vanshaj Singh and comedian Sumaira Shaikh. With 47 contestants remaining, the show continues to draw interest and remains available for viewing on JioHotstar and Colors TV.
