Ram Charan’s Heartfelt Message After Welcoming Twins with Upasana

Telugu actor Ram Charan and entrepreneur Upasana Konidela have welcomed twins— a baby boy and a baby girl— on January 31, 2026. This joyous occasion marks an exciting new chapter for the couple, who are now parents for the second time after welcoming their first daughter in 2023. Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan’s father, shared the news via social media, revealing that both the mother and the babies are healthy.

Expressing deep gratitude, Ram Charan shared his thoughts on becoming a father of three in a statement released the day after the twins’ birth. He acknowledged the unwavering support from family, friends, and fans while highlighting the emotional journey he has shared with them. Ram Charan emphasized his feelings of gratitude, stating, “Being blessed with three children fills me with gratitude. I’m thankful to all our fans, loved ones and well-wishers who have stood by us and supported us through every moment.”

Upasana, thrilled by the arrival of their twins, expressed her vision for raising a compassionate family. She articulated her desire to instill the understanding that privilege carries responsibility in her children. Upasana cited her father’s beliefs, stating, “My father always believed that clarity of intention and faith go hand in hand.” With pride, she shared her aspirations to nurture strong yet compassionate individuals who understand the importance of giving back.

Chiranjeevi announced the birth of the twins on social media, joyfully sharing details about the newborns. Born at Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad, these twins join their older sister Klin Kaara Konidela, born in June 2023. The megastar expressed his happiness by proclaiming the twins’ arrival as a moment of pure joy for their family.

Upasana had previously voiced her desire for a larger family, stating in early 2024 that she felt emotionally ready for another child. Her wishes came true with her pregnancy announced during the Diwali celebrations of 2025. The announcement came alongside a celebratory video from her baby shower, where the occasion was described as “double the celebration, double the love.” Reflecting on her motherhood journey, Upasana has been an advocate for women’s reproductive rights, emphasizing the importance of being prepared for motherhood when the time is right.

Fans are eager to hear more from the couple regarding their feelings on this monumental event. The community around them looks forward to updates as Ram Charan and Upasana embark on this new phase of parenthood.
