Yuzvendra Chahal’s Latest Ad Draws Mixed Reactions from Netizens

Music composer and singer Palash Muchhal has achieved a significant legal victory following a defamation lawsuit against Marathi actor Vidnyan Mane. The Bombay High Court has issued a restraining order to prevent Mane from making any derogatory statements about Muchhal, which stem from allegations related to a financial dispute.

Palash Muchhal’s advocate, Shreyansh Mithare, expressed that the court’s ruling provides much-needed relief for his client amid ongoing controversies, particularly related to his personal life. According to Mithare, the conflict involves allegations made by Vidnyan Mane, who claimed to have lent ₹40 lakhs to Muchhal for a film project but accused him of not repaying the money.

Mithare emphasized that the issues at hand are not merely between Muchhal and Mane but are complicated by external influences. He noted, “Both families have decided to pursue their own paths. Palash is focusing on moving forward with his life.” The allegations have included personal attacks regarding Muchhal’s marital status, which Mithare categorically denies.

The legal representation for Muchhal has been vocal about the defamatory nature of Mane’s comments, which they argue extends beyond financial grievances. The team initially sent a defamation notice for ₹10 crores when Mane continued to make statements harmful to Muchhal’s reputation in the media. Following Mane’s failure to cease these comments, the legal team took the matter to the High Court, which has placed restrictions on Mane’s public discourse about Muchhal and his family until the case is resolved. Mithare has called for a thorough investigation into Mane’s motives behind his allegations.

The complaint alleges that Muchhal and Mane’s association began when they met in Sangli on December 5, 2023. Mane reportedly expressed interest in investing in Muchhal’s film production. The dispute escalated after Muchhal proposed that Mane could benefit financially from an investment in the film project “Nazaria,” suggesting he could earn profits following the film’s release on OTT platforms. After meetings during which Mane allegedly provided a total of ₹40 lakhs towards the project by March 2025, the lack of project completion led to Mane’s demand for a refund, which reportedly went unanswered.

Mane subsequently escalated the matter by approaching the Sangli police while also making personal allegations against Muchhal regarding his relationships. The legal ramifications of these claims continue to unfold as Muchhal prepares to defend his reputation in court.
