Karan Aujla is in the midst of his P-Pop Culture India Tour and has recently made headlines due to a backlash following his Mumbai concert. Despite a successful launch in Delhi, the singer faced criticism for various issues at the Mumbai event. In response, he has announced a new concert date for Mumbai, along with a special offer for attendees of the previous show.
On his Instagram account, Aujla revealed that the Mumbai 2.0 concert is set for April 12. In a gesture to make amends, he announced that those who purchased tickets for the original March 3 concert will receive complimentary access to the upcoming event. He also extended an invitation to new attendees, stating, “If anyone else wants to be there for my Mumbai 2.0 show, buy the tickets and be there because we are going to make history in Mumbai — it’s going to be bigger.”
Team Innovation, the organizers of the tour, supported this announcement with a message on social media. They acknowledged the feedback from fans, stating, “Mumbai, you spoke — we heard you loud and clear! @karanaujla’s P-Pop Culture India Tour returns with Mumbai 2.0. Because of the insane love and trust you showed us the first time, this one’s on us.” Tickets for the new concert will be available for purchase on March 8, 2026, at 12 PM on District by Zomato.
The original concert on March 3 faced significant challenges, including complaints about poor management, excessive heat leading to medical emergencies, and inadequate access to drinking water. Many fans, including those with VIP passes, expressed their dissatisfaction, leading to the event being labeled as “the worst concert ever.” Aujla acknowledged these concerns and promised to rectify the situation by organizing another show.
Karan Aujla’s P-Pop Culture India Tour commenced in Delhi on February 28, where he performed a series of hits that included “Boyfriend,” “Tauba Tauba,” and “Admiring You.” While some attendees voiced concerns about management issues during the show, the overwhelming majority were pleased with the performance, which concluded with a spectacular fireworks display and an audience exceeding 75,000. After his performances in Mumbai and Pune, Aujla is scheduled to visit several more cities.
Looking ahead, the singer’s tour will continue with performances in Chandigarh on March 14, followed by Indore, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, and Lucknow, culminating in Ludhiana.
