Shooting Incident at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills Home: What You Need to Know

Rihanna, the renowned singer and entrepreneur, has recently made headlines for an alarming incident at her Beverly Hills home. Despite her absence from the music scene, her beauty brand, Fenty, continues to thrive. The concern from her fans surged after reports emerged of shots being fired at her residence.

A woman in her thirties has been arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department following the shooting at Rihanna’s home on March 8, 2026. Multiple rounds were fired into the property, one of which penetrated the mansion’s wall. The LAPD responded shortly after 1:20 PM, as confirmed by a police spokesperson.

At the time of the incident, Rihanna was reportedly at home. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Police Sergeant Jonathan de Vera remarked on the unexpected nature of the situation. Reports indicate that approximately ten shots were discharged from a vehicle across the street from her home, identified later as a white Tesla, which fled the scene thereafter.

Law enforcement managed to track the suspect’s vehicle, leading to an arrest made in a nearby shopping center parking lot within half an hour of the incident. The suspect was described as having braided hair and wearing a cream-coloured blouse, with officers noting that her vehicle showed dirt on the bottom.

Rihanna resides in a colonial-style mansion in Beverly Hills with her partner, rapper ASAP Rocky. Together, they are raising three young children: RZA, born in May 2022; Riot, born in August 2023; and their daughter, Rocki, who was welcomed into the family in early 2025. It remains uncertain whether anyone else was home during the troubling episode.

Recognized as one of the most powerful personalities in the entertainment industry, Rihanna boasts a multifaceted career and a unique fashion sense. With an impressive record sales exceeding 250 million, she continues to be celebrated as one of the most significant artists of all time. Although she has been largely absent from music lately, her last single, “Lift Me Up,” was featured in the soundtrack of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” Rihanna also made headlines by headlining the halftime show at Super Bowl LVII while pregnant, sparking excitement amongst her fans who are eagerly awaiting new music from her.
