Stephen Bowen: Vice Mayor Nancy Metayer Bowen’s Husband in Custody Following Her Death

Mrunal Thakur recently shared her admiration for Ranveer Singh, particularly in light of his latest film’s remarkable success. “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” has made history by becoming the first Bollywood film to gross over ₹1000 crores at the box office. During an engaging podcast conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia, she expressed how Singh has significantly influenced her career.

Mrunal reflected on her journey and attributed part of her success to Singh. She stated, “My heart is happy. He is my lucky charm. He is the reason why I exist in this industry.” She recounted her experience working with him in a commercial, which opened doors for her in the film industry. She emphasized his positivity and talent, insisting that he deserves all the accolades he has received.

Discussing Singh’s performance in “Dhurandhar,” she described it as having depth and complexity, noting that she didn’t see him as a superstar. “I didn’t watch it as Ranveer Singh. I only saw it as Hamza… it was more of a character than a hero,” she shared. Mrunal expressed immense pride in Ranveer, commending his hard work and hoping for even more success in his future projects.

“Dhurandhar 2” was released on March 19 and is available in Hindi and several South Indian languages, with previews given on March 18. This film continues the gripping narrative of an Indian spy who infiltrates terrorist networks in Pakistan. The sequel showcases Ranveer’s character, Hamza Ali Mazari, as he navigates the treacherous dynamics of crime and power while working to dismantle threats to India. The storyline also features historical context, weaving in real-life events that shape the backdrop of the film.

The sequel promises to elevate the tension with a thrilling showdown between Ranveer Singh and Arjun Rampal. In addition to these leads, the cast includes R. Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, Sara Arjun, Danish Pandor, and Sanjay Dutt, contributing to an impressive ensemble.

As for Mrunal Thakur, she is also preparing for the release of her upcoming film “Dacoit,” which stars Adivi Sesh and is directed by Anurag Kashyap, set to hit screens on April 10. This forthcoming project showcases her versatility and eagerness to explore new roles in her acting career.
