The Board of Directors of Response Plus Holding, a leading provider of pre-hospital care and emergency medical services in the region, has decided to distribute a final dividend of Dh20 million to its shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
This decision was made during the annual general assembly meeting that took place on April 11 at the RPM Headquarters. As a result, shareholders will receive Dh0.10 per share, which represents 10% of the total share capital of the company.
Shareholders looking to claim their dividend should take note of the following important dates: the Last Entitlement Date (LED) is April 17, 2025; the Exclusion Dividend Date (EXD) is April 18, 2025; and the Registry Closing Date (RCD) is April 21, 2025.
During the Annual General Assembly meeting, the company also reviewed its growth performance for 2024. RPM saw a 32% increase in revenue, rising from Dh346.1 million in 2023 to Dh456.5 million by December 31, 2024. The net profit climbed by 8% to reach Dh53.5 million, up from Dh49.4 million in the prior year.
