The Board of Directors of Response Plus Holding, the leading provider of pre-hospital care and emergency medical services in the region, has declared a final dividend of Dh20 million for shareholders for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
This decision was made during the annual general meeting held on April 11 at RPM Headquarters. As a result, shareholders will receive Dh0.10 per share, with the total dividend representing 10 percent of the company’s capital.
Shareholders interested in receiving their dividend should be aware that the Last Entitlement Date (LED) is set for April 17, 2025, the Exclusion Dividend Date (EXD) is April 18, 2025, and the Registry Closing Date (RCD) is April 21, 2025.
Additionally, the RPM Annual General Assembly reviewed the company’s growth trajectory for 2024. Revenue increased by 32%, rising from Dh346.1 million in 2023 to Dh456.5 million by December 31, 2024. Net profit expanded by 8% to Dh53.5 million, up from Dh49.4 million in the previous year.
