A powerful earthquake registering 5.4 on the Richter scale struck Mindanao in the Philippines at 22:26 GMT on Thursday, according to the German Research Center for Geosciences.
The epicenter of the quake was located at a depth of 10 kilometers, with coordinates of 5.25 degrees north latitude and 126.33 degrees east longitude.
Currently, there have been no immediate reports of casualties or damage resulting from the earthquake.
