This initiative stems from both organizations’ commitment to establishing institutional partnerships that enhance their contribution to community service, promote charitable and humanitarian work, and instill values of national loyalty and belonging, while also raising community awareness regarding health and volunteerism across the nation.
The memorandum is designed to support the UAE Government’s strategy in promoting corporate social responsibility and enhancing collaboration for a better future in humanitarian efforts. Additionally, it aims to solidify the sustainability of giving as one of the core tenets of charitable work in the country.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Sari Al Mazrouei, Secretary-General of the Emirati Red Crescent Authority, and Dr. Amer Al Zarouni, Executive Director of Al Jalila Foundation, who outlined the frameworks for future cooperation and coordination.
