Ukraine: Russia Attacked 8 Villages 220 Times During the Ceasefire

On Friday, Ivan Fedorov, the governor of the Zaporizhia region in Ukraine, reported on Telegram that Russian forces carried out 220 shelling attacks on eight villages near the frontline during a ceasefire period.

He mentioned that in the last 24 hours, the villages in Zaporizhia faced bombardment from approximately 150 drones and 70 artillery shells.

The ceasefire declared by Russian President Vladimir Putin came into effect in the early hours of Thursday morning.
