On Friday, former President Donald Trump called for an unconditional ceasefire lasting 30 days between Russia and Ukraine, emphasizing that both nations must honor the “sacredness of these direct negotiations.”

In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated, “If the ceasefire is not respected, the United States and its allies will impose additional sanctions.”
